MEET THE NATIONAL STAFF
With a home base in Denver, Colorado, Cupid’s national staff brings together and inspires communities to take action and support our vision of a world without NF.
A native of New York eager to leave the corporate world, Alyssa, Cupid’s Client Service Manager, packed her car up one morning and ventured out west to the beautiful state of Colorado. Home of friendly people, outdoor lifestyles and some of the best craft beers around, Alyssa knew she had to be a part of something awesome in Denver. Just her luck, Cupid’s Undie Run had expanded to the Mile High City a year earlier! Grateful for her years of customer service experience, Alyssa was offered a spot at Cupid’s. Got an undie question? Alyssa has your answer!
Ben first moved to Denver in 2010 and found what his heart always desired: hanging with a bunch of extroverts who enjoy the outdoors. He found other outdoor-enjoying extroverts as a participant in Denver’s inaugural Cupid’s Undie Run in 2012. He spent three years in Colorado transporting wind turbines before heading to California to transport rocket ships. The mountains kept calling, though, so a few years later he moved back to Denver. Shortly thereafter, he joined the Cupid’s clan in 2016 to work on all things logistics. When he’s not making sure Cupid’s Undie Run participants have their undies, he’s playing drums or riding his mountain bike.
Bianca said goodbye to fashion marketing in NYC to embrace the mountains in September of 2016 and hasn’t looked back. Yoga and undie walking are her favorite forms of activity, along with trying out different farmer’s markets, all while listening to old school rap. As a new member to the Cupid’s team, and the head of Marketing, she knows it is her job to spread awareness and support for Cupid’s mission and is “leading with love” (our #1 value) one email and social post at a time to #EndNF.
Cassidy just recently moved back to the Mile High City after having ventured out west to the small beach town of Santa Barbara, California. While the ocean was her world, the mountains were calling and so was her new position as the Regional Market Manager on the Cupid’s National Team! Cassidy has extensive Marketing and Event Management experience and is excited to reunite with her non-profit roots. Cassidy has a rare zest for life and is passionate about giving back to something greater than herself! As a yogi and former pro-dancer, you can probably find Cassidy having a “pants-off dance-off” to ultimately end NF!
Crystal, a Regional Market Manager, has a passion for fitness and loves to get outside the box. With a background in marketing and PR, she is excited to bring her knowledge and energy to Cupid’s to spread the love and encourage more people to participate and raise awareness for NF and the Children’s Tumor Foundation. When she isn’t running in her underwear and raising awareness for NF, Crystal can be found at Crossfit, cheering on the University of Colorado Buffaloes football team, nerding out at Disney World with her husband, and exploring with her four legged besties, Aspen and Chesney.
Maybe the word “interim” is in Ed’s job description but there is nothing temporary about his approach. Ed has been working with Cupid’s for more than two years, supporting the executive team
and board of directors in various coaching and advisory roles. In a previous life he was the founder and president of an advertising agency based in the Washington, DC area. After a couple of decades of that he saw what was next and went after it. He is an executive coach, leadership trainer in the public and private sectors, and an adjunct faculty member at Virginia Commonwealth University. From Ed: “I feel honored to be working with the Cupid’s family in Denver and across the country. This is a special group.”
Jamie is Cupid’s Director of Market Development. With Midwestern values and South Florida flair, Jamie hails from Indianapolis and comes to Cupid’s from Miami, Florida where she learned there’s no modesty in raising money or hanging out sans clothes. With tons of fundraising experience and a sense of humor, Jamie is ready to conquer the Undie World and raise a ton to money to end NF. In her spare time, you can find her hanging out with her husband, son, stepson and pups, exploring Denver, and most likely eating sushi.
Cupid’s Technology Manager, Katie Doyle, hails from upstate New York, where as a child she spent her time on horseback, on a computer, or nose-deep in a book (or, a story of her own). Her tinkering with reading, writing and the Internet evolved into a career in digital media, project management and web design. Katie is deeply grateful for the opportunity to use these skills in the fight against NF. Currently based in Brooklyn, in her free time you can still catch Katie writing stories – or, on a yoga mat, playing with her pup Tobie, or painting. All of her subjects happen to be dogs.
Kristi is one of Cupid’s awesome Regional Market Managers! As the resident nomad, Kristi has lived all over this beautiful country. Kristi was on her way to becoming the best history professor ever, but her passion for non-profits and connecting people with each other and the resources they need kept her from a permanent perch in the ivory tower. In her spare time, Kristi loves solo camping, triathlon training and talking to strangers, especially about how lucky she is to have found such a passionate, creative and courageous team of people to strip down to end NF with!
Rachel comes to us from the great state of Montana. She’s as crazy about thrillanthropy as she is about the rocky mountains. She headed to Denver to live a city life among the peaks. With a background in operations and project management, she jumped into Team Cupid as our Senior Operations Officer. She loves to plan, plan, plan. When she’s not wrangling all things office undies, you can find her exploring exotic locales with her husband, Justin, or romping around the woods with her border collie Olive.
Sarah, Cupid’s Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager, was raised in Utah but quickly left the Beehive State in search of better breweries, parties, and undies. Luckily, all of those things were waiting for her just across the border in Colorado. Sarah brings years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and nonprofits to Cupids and she is excited to fill the internet with pictures of people stripping down for a good cause. When she isn’t running through the streets in her skivvies or spreading the word about Cupid’s, you won’t find Sarah — she’ll be off the grid on her next adventure with her husband and their dog, Dingo.
