Danny is 16 yrs old. Before he was 2 he had to have his lower right leg amputated due to NF. He has regular MRI’s to monitor the growth of fibrous material growing in his thoracic cavity and to monitor growths in his brain. He also has cerebral palsy and is severely mentally impaired.
However, there is not a more loving or happy child in this world than Danny. None of his challenges have seemed to curb his enthusiasm for life. He is a joy to be with and is my personal hero.
