My son Gabriel is my hero. He was diagnosed with NF1 at two years old and with a Chiari brain malformation at five. Gabriel had a brain decompression surgery the weekend of Easter 2014. After years of sleepless nights, headaches, leg/ arm pains; he is still going strong. He is the strongest six year old I know. To deal with all this pain, numerous medications, doctor appointments, and still manage to go to school and be so happy. I wish I had half the strength he has. He is a great son and big brother. I love him to the moon and back and hope he keeps thriving and surviving. He is going to have some rough years ahead of him. I pray he stays the same strong,smart, and sweet boy I know. #NFstrong #ConquerChari
