In July 2013, our then 7-month-old baby was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of cancer, ectomesenchymoma. This disease has only been diagnosed a handful of times in history, and there is no established treatment plan. His cancer presents as a tumor is in the orbit of his left eye. JR is in his 6th month of chemotherapy treatment. He has received 28 days of specialized proton radiation therapy. He will continue on an aggressive chemotherapy treatment plan until April. Our son is a fighter and he is our hero. Never Quit!
