Chloe

Chloe is the inspiration for the NYC running team Clover’s Lucky Charms. She is a beautiful 14 year old young lady. She was diagnosed with NF1 at 1 year old. At that time her Aunt Kattie had recently passed at the age of 15 from a spinal tumor that turned malignant. We really did not know much about it until after her aunt had passed.
Chloe is doing well at this point. She has had one open heart surgery at the age of 9 to correct a defect and will need at least one more. She has a neurofibroma in her shoulder and a large plexiform running the length of one arm. She also has learning differences, I say differences because she is very bright, however has difficulty in specific areas. It brings her down to have trouble learning, but she never gives up.
Chloe is loves to read, draw, write and make videos with her cousins. Her dream is to write novels or be an artist, although she has alsaid she would like to be a teacher too.
