Eva was diagnosed with NF1 at her 4-year old checkup. After running through a gauntlet of doctors and testing, we found that Eva already suffered from at least three tumors – two of which are plexiform neurofibromas. The only treatment currently available to Eva requires surgery that doctors currently feel is too risky to perform. For now, we wait and support Eva as she faces the pain caused by the tumor on her foot and the fatigue that comes along with NF. Her spirit shines through in everything she does – she didn’t earn the nickname Eva Diva for nothing! We love our Eva and are ready to #EndNF!
