Seth

Seth is a 13 year old who enjoys spending time with family and friends, rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and traveling. Seth has NF2 due to a spontaneous mutation. A retinal tumor left him blind in his right eye. He has had numerous eye surgeries since 6 months old. Seth has multiple brain tumors and too many spinal tumors to count. He has had two major spinal surgeries with long recoveries, causing him to miss school for months. He has difficulty walking and has low tone. Seth spends many days at the hospital seeing his specialists, getting scanned or going to physical therapy to get stronger. Through everything Seth stays positive and keeps his sense of humor. He loves life. Seth wants to raise awareness and help find a cure for NF. His Bar Mitzvah project was titled “Strength for Seth”. He raised thousands of dollars for the Children’s Tumor Foundation. Seth is grateful to everyone helping to find a cure for NF!
